Step 1: You need to register an account on the OKX official website.
After opening the OKX official website or App, usually find the "Register" / "Register Account" / "Sign Up" button in the upper right corner of the homepage or in a prominent position and click it.
OKX usually offers two main registration methods:
Email registration: Enter your commonly used valid email address. The system will send a verification code to that email.
Phone number registration: Select your country/region code (e.g., Mainland China +86) from the dropdown menu, then enter your valid phone number. The system will send an SMS verification code to that phone number.
Step 1: You need to register an account on the OKX official website.
Step 2: Download the OKX APP.
After successful registration, also on the OKX official website, click the upper right corner to scroll down and find "Download App." Once in, select Android download; for Apple devices, you need to download from the Apple App Store (provided you have an overseas ID).

Security Settings
After registration is complete, immediately perform the following key security settings; do not skip!
Bind Google Authenticator - Strongly recommended!
Location: After logging into your account, usually find "Google Authenticator" or "Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)" in the dropdown menu under the profile icon in the upper right corner > "Security Settings" / "Account Security."
Bind Identity Verification App
Operation: Click "Bind" / "Enable." Download the official Google Authenticator App (App Store / Google Play) on your phone. Scan the QR code that pops up on the OKX page or manually enter the provided key into the Google Authenticator App. The App will generate a 6-digit dynamic verification code. Enter this code on the OKX page to complete the binding. Purpose: For sensitive operations such as logging in and withdrawing funds, you need to enter this dynamic code in addition to your password, greatly enhancing account security. This is currently the safest secondary verification method.
Bind Phone Verification: Find "Phone Verification" in "Security Settings." Ensure that the phone number used during registration is displayed correctly. Click "Enable" / "Bind," and the system will send a verification code to that phone; enter the code to complete the binding. Purpose: Used for secondary verification when logging in, withdrawing funds, or modifying key settings (can serve as a backup method for Google verification).
